How does this work with individual rolls or open baked goods?
We recommend that you place a barcode clearly visible above every type of roll on the customer side. This allows customers to simply scan the desired product and remove it themselves. At the same time, the counter is retained for classic service.
What if someone just picks something up without scanning?
Random checks and visibility of the scanning process create social control. The combination of trust and occasional checks is usually sufficient.
Our clientele is mixed, does that suit us at all?

Do we have to rebuild the entire counter for this?
